Good
The hotel itself is fine, nice location, close to airport. Stayed when we landed in Portland from Tennessee, the shuttle took 25min and two phone calls to get picked up at airport even though the drive to hotel took less than 5 minutes. Was also...
Don’t know how this hotel even got a 3 star rating. The Service at this hotel, from 1 – 5 it’s a 1. It was impossible to get a straight answer from staff, wanted to get some information on where to go site seeing or to the SPA, front desk clerk...
The condition of the outside of the structures, particularly the stairwells definitely gives one pause. However once you're in the room this is very comparable to most of the three star business hotels I've stayed in. It's a struggle to term it a...
71 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel is close to the airport. Hotel does not honor park-sleep-fly rates. Stayed on December 11,07 and still trying to get price adjustment. Called hotel for shuttle and after waiting 35 minutes called again and receptionist stated nobody had called because he was the only one there to take calls . The driver showed up 15 minutes later and said he was sorry but just forgot that the receptionist reported our call. Stay away from this hotel !

I paid almost twice what I would have for a 1 night stay and 10 days of parking at the nearby Embassy Suites. The property is musty and smells of cigarettes. The chef is excellent, but needs help--we waited 1 hour for our food and the dining room...
