I would like to start by saying " Thank you", to your staff at the Medford Inn! I had a great time, with an easy check-in. I was placed in the back, where I requested, due to the large truck I was driving. I have to say the bed was great!...

The food and service was terrible. I had a coupon from the North Bend Red Lion that they would not accept. My husband is allergic to feather pillows and we could not get someone to come to replace them.

The front desk and check-in was sort of a hassle since they didn't have their reservations set. The card locks doors of all the party staying there for the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Fish passage convention. We got new cards.
They had the State Fish Passage Convention there and each day, we received a note pad from the hotel and a pitcher of ice water. That was great.
