Staff was friendly, but there were not enough of them. Only one person at the front desk, so I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Then when I checked in, I was told there were no clean rooms available. Then, when I finally got to a room an hour later, it was not clean (mold in bathroom, etc.) and there was no housekeeper available to clean it. The food in the restaurant was good, but there seemed to be only one server--she was very nice but was not able to get to all the tables in a timely manner. And to top it all off, there was no manager on duty to address these issues. So, in summary, stay somewhere else. This hotel is NOT worth the outrageous price.

Location.Hot tub turned off for the season. The Red Lion needs to step up. the old days of it being a quality hotel are in in the past. I won't stay there again.

Horrible
Nothing.Staff would not help with noise from many teenage guests in adjoining rooms. Noisy all night long. I would not stay in this hotel again or recommend it to anyone I know. Hotel staff does not care about comfort of guests. Some traffic noise...

Big rooms including fridge and microwave.Being charged a supplement for requesting a room with 2 beds - all hotels I have visited in USA only too happy to do this. Pleasant place to stay in Eureka.
