59 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
All staff was very polite and courteous. When in my room, I felt secure and comfortable. Plus, it was quiet. It does not take much for me to feel content. I do expect people in the service related industry to be competent and I was not disappointed.

Okay
I know why this hotel is almost $* a night - it is close to Disneyland. But that is really the only reason they can charge that much. The service was fine. Our room smelled funny and it was only average.
37 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at the Radisson before and never had a dirty room. There was water leaking on the bathroom floor and they had underwear wrapped around the leak. The staff was not very helpful. We would not stay at this hotel again, ever!
