No help from staff with problems. No call back to try to resolve problems like manager Ray said. Bathtub didn't drain from night before. AC unit did not work. Sparks came out of electrical plug in wall. All this and only offered 10% reduction in price. STAY AWAY

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the location is perfect.

The hotel is located outside the park but in the good area. There is a swimming pool, breakfast, a stamp machine and internet wireless.

The only think I didn't like there is they don't propose milk chocolate for the breakfast.

When we called to confirm our reservation, the staff could not find it. We found another place to stay, and then we were charged for the room anyway.
