We recently stayed in this hotel at Gatlinburg and we had very bad experience. No room service, congested bathrooms, low beam lights, rooms are not clean. I suggest, don't go for it even though it is cheaper than other hotels.

to return to the Red Carpet Inn Gatlinburg.

i like customer relationshoip but i don't like motel's room and motel too.the room of the motel are very small space .it was very hard too move in room .one more thing the door of the Bathroom and also Room was horrible.In the room biggest problem was in the morning time the water was not coming from the shower.i don't want to stay that kind of motel ever in my life .change the carpet because it is not suitable with the name of the motel.

Room was filthy. Bathroom fixtures in need of repair. Air conditioner did not work properly. Reserved room for 4 nights, stayed only 1. Manager was cooperative and friendly about issuing refund for remaining nights.
