40 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This had to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The towels fell apart while trying to dry off, the alarm on the clock didn't work, the light in the bathroom flickered on and off almost to the point of having a seizure if you stayed in there long enough, the outlets in the room sparked when trying to plug in a cell phone charger, there was a dirty, nasty rag stuffed in a hole in the wall due to the bathroom doorknob having gone through the wall, the refrigerator was nasty as was the microwave, burn holes in the sheets, the shower area looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time. The only reason my family and I stayed is because everything else was booked due to the Blue Angels air show. My 10 year old son even expressed concern of how nasty it looked. Not only was I embarrassed, but I was charged 85.00 per night (2 nights), for what I would honestly consider to be a 30.00 room if that. I am absolutely appalled that this hotel is even able to be in business.

Horrible
I can't believe the travel website recommends this hotel. It was horrible. The rooms had a horrible odor, no clocks or phones. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was literally stuff on the walls. We complained to the housekeeper and she offered our...
The room looked unclean, the slight switches were filthy, there was a wash rag stuffed in a hole in the wall in the bathroom where the door knob had gone through. The towels fell apart while trying to dry off. The alarm on the clock didn't...
Either AAA has lowered their standards, or they have not visited this motel recently.
The tile floor was filthy, electrical sockets were so loose I couldn't keep my curling iron plugged in, it kept falling out, and there was what appeared to be mold in the cracks of the bathroom tile around the tub. It costs 50 cents for ice, no coffee even though the pot is visible, it is for show only. Its one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for many years. It may be close to Parris Island but one look at the junky office says it all.
AAA should be ashamed. I enjoyed my grandsons graduation from the Marine Corps, but I stayed away from the hotel except to sleep.
I stayed here in December 2006 for my son's graduation. This hotel really was bad and I think I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. There was holes in the walls, broken electrical outlets, broken tiles, holes in carpet, and...

"This Inn is a disappointment. It was not clean, the refrigerator even had things in from prior guest, and we could have gotten a better value elsewhere. The kitchen is definately not a kitchen. Hardly anyone in this hotel speaks English. Double and ...
I have stayed in many hotel/motels in my life, and this was sincerely one of the worst, if not the worst. Missing tile, broken light cover in the bathroom, old nasty looking pillows, holes in the towels...the list goes on. Ask to see the room...
We found roaches in the rooms. The bathroom fan in one room didn't work and the stoves looked outdated. There was mold in the refrigerator and one of the showers didn't work properly. We also wanted ice in the bucket were told that it...
