This owner lives on site and doesn't have a clue about even the basics of being a passable host nor business person! That he accepts cash only should have been a big clue that we wouldn't get our money's worth.
We had 2 rooms, each at $32/nite and didn't expect much, and got less! More often than not I had to go find clean towels, the rooms hadn't been cleaned and the small trash cans were still full most days when we returned!
We'd been very clear about asking for non-smoking rooms but the owner's constant smoking went in to both our rooms, and my traveling partner later said a full washing was necessary of all her clothing, whether worn or not.
It's no secret that it can be windy in WY yet this owner insisted on having clanging wind chimes banging away 2 nights in a row just outside of this "guest's" room, even after complaints?
If you can't manage a 10 unit motel you are in the wrong business!
Finally, we travel throughout the Rockies 6-8 times each Spring-Summer, and this has been by far our worst motel experience in ten years.
