On our third night at the hotel our vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot, in full view of two security cameras. The staff did not call the police and were not even aware of the theft until we told them. In a conversation with a Mr. Cousins,

Mediocre
The local dog park is only about .5 miles away which is why we stayed there. ALTHOUGH directly adjacent to the hotel there is no grass or anywhere good to walk a pet.
Although newly decorated, this place seemed run down, especially in the...
77 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel was conveniently located near good restaurants, downtown, and the University of Arizona. It was comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. We liked the location and the employees.
The staff enthusiastically gave us names, locations and brochures of local restaurants. My wife cannot sleep prone due to congestive heart failure and the staff moved a comfortable chair into our room from the lobby for her to sleep in.
I am very likely
to return to the Randolph Park Hotel & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay
They advertise free Wi Fi, but the log on info inthe room was wrong, when I told the front desk they didn't seem all that supirsed. The rooms were about as good as a Motel 6, nothing to really write home about. I would stay here again as its right...
40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My husband checked into his room and woke the next morning with water all over the floor from the A/C. They moved him into another room that was hotter than hades and the room still would not get cool. The manager would not adjust the over priced room the first night and they charge different rates for locals then visitors. Where is the justice in that? Once again poor service and poor accommodations.

Excellent
Great value for the traveler on a budget. We really enjoyed our stay the location was good in spite of the fact that the 1-10 freeway was under major renovation. I would stay at the RPH again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The electrical outlets need to be fixed or updated. Most plugs would not stay in the wall, or if they did they still did not get power. Other than that, the room was a great value for the price. It had free wi-fi internet connection.

I would not recommend it to friends.
