To address our renovation and improvement schedule, the family pool will be re-opened at the end of July and the water slide will be closed until mid-October. There will be two other pools open, one of the pools is for adults only.Family Pool will reopen end of July 2007, Water Slides will reopen end of October 2007, The West Pool and Spa Pool will be open for use by guests. Nice & huge Resort Hotel. Rooms are pretty but the bathrooms are a little small. We were placed in what is supposed to be golf-view room but w/c was actually looked more like an abandoned field area. I was requesting for a better view but the front desk lady said there was nothing better available. The bedside telephone was not working, the desk telephone was malfunctioning. The clock was also busted and the refrigerator/mini bar is locked. We still had to call for the key. Generally, the staff are pretty nice. We enjoyed the splashtopia, especially the lazy river. But I still think we didn't get our money's worth. Hopefully next time we can get a better room w/ a better view and everyting working.
