I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. the airconditioner did not work but for few min. at a time the room smelled bad. there is no security to the building anyone can walk up the stairs from outside to the rooms. the elevater was outside and ...

Nothing.No remote, mold in bathroom. This was the worst from moldy showers, to old towels, to no remote control, to a broken refrigerator, broken air conditioner, terrible not recommended. I even found a little mans underwear, that's gross.

This was not a 3 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The room was smelly and felt dirty. The bathroom sink did not drain and there was no hot water. When asked about this at the front desk, we were told "the whole system blew"...
38 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Ramada gave me a free night stay because of their "Best Rate Guarantee" policy where if you find a lower rate on another website, which is lower than Ramada's "BEST AVAILABLE" rate, they amend your reservation to reflect the first night free. Well, for no reason, they would not honor it. They failed to mention they wouldn't honor it until after I checked in and they had an imprint of my credit card for incidentals! Once they had that, they knew they had me! Had to get reimbursed by Ramada headquarters. No apology, explanation, etc. despite showing them all my paperwork.
They charge for parking too! Don't trust them with your credit card!

This hotel is by no means a 3 star hotel. I thought the Ramada name would mean something. The bathroom had mold all around the tub. The sink drain did not work. Big stain on carpet as you enter the room. Toilet top with a big chunk missing. Shower...

Room was dirty, not enough towels to go around, not enough continental breakfast to go around, we were told by hotel staff that they were booked solid and don't have enough.
