In response to the latest posting---I being the General Manager am very aware of the baseball team in the hotel on said weekend. So much that I was called in from my sleep to deal with a lobby full of parents drinking in the breakfast area while kids were running around unattended. I spoke with every one that evening and made the best possible situation out of something that truly was way out of control for my staff. As far as the rate goes; this particular team booked with a sports agency at a commissionable rate. This was established with previous management prior to my arrival to this hotel as General Manager. Had the team booked with the hotel directly that would not have been the case. As far as rate goes; our normal rates avg from 92.99 to 120.99 on non-special event weekends for standard queen and double queen rooms. I have been an A rated property for several months (almost 2 years) without fail with Ramada Worldwide. I am truly sorry that this person continues to feel she was not attended too as I know I was personally at this property throughout the entire weekend while this team was in house.

we were there as a sports group and were extremely disappointed with the unfriendliness of evening staff . Then to find out that we paid $30 /night more than their standard rates. would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!!

The hotel has a good location, clean rooms, no complaints except that while it is under construction the rate seems high since things are a bit stirred up in the hotel.

Didn't expect a quiet stay since I-74 is visible from the parking lot. But room was surprisingly quiet, clean, and spacious and access to I-74 was nice for quick on/off. Staff were VERY friendly, best I've met in a long while. Wireless internet...

Excellent
This hotel was very nice for a college town. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the highway but in a safe well lit area. I would stay there again.
