Staff were friendly. Grounds were pleasing. Rooms clean, good sheets and towels. Awesomely easy access to rental cars and airport. Pleasant bar and food.

i was not happy that the water side does not run all week end long, family stay on sundays also! We picked that hotel for that and it wasn't even running. you need to post the time on the wed site so people know.

The employees at this hotel are super! Front desk knowledgeable, service and food in seabar great! Room was clean and comfortable. Way above average for a Ramada.

I've stayed here for two nights in August of 2005 and the hotel rooms were spacious and it was also a fairly affordable hotel, the service was adequate and the hotel was nice and kept up.
My recommendation is if you're staying here for the night, please have your windows shut, one night I've had my window open and the sound of them airplanes at the nearby air force and airports were awfully noisy.

We came in about nine o'clock in the evening, needing a room due to an early flight the next morning. The front desk crew did not seem to care whether we got checked in or not, but we finally did. The restaurant was closing, so we had to go elsewhere to eat. Then when we got back to our room, neither of the bedside lamps was working and there was only one full set of towels. We called housekeeping for assistance and it took two or three calls and more than twenty minutes to get the needed items. I do not believe that this experience reflects the typical experience at a Ramada hotel, but we were disappointed in this location for this stay.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Ramada Spokane Airport and Indoor Waterpark.
I might recommend it to friends.

Location is what keeps them in business. Walk to terminals in 2 mins! Service ordinary, a/c not working. "I'll send someone" - No one came. Meal incorrect, Key card 'deactivated'. Not that huge an issue unless your carrying a truckload as I was....
