Okay
We were in Jacksonville for the Gator Bowl and found this hotel on an online travel website. The hotel was an older hotel but it served our needs very well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there on New Years Eve and it was VERY noisy...
I have stayed here several nights and at different times.
It is not the Ritz Carlton but, it is comfortable, clean and Friendly. If Tushar is on duty you will be taken care of well! If not ask for him he is customer full service!
