Ramada name not what it use to be. Dirty room, substandard beds, smoke in non-smoking room, really dirty floors, bad service (asked for extra pillow that never showed). Don't stay here.

29 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here for a few hours and my entire family was attacked by these disgusting bugs. The guy at the front desk did not even seem suprised. They gave me the run around for weeks. The manager said this hotel is privately owned and they dont answer to Ramada. Ha After calling the Ramada complaints line i was issued a full refund.
