We stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend last year and it was the WORST room either of us have ever stayed in and I have stayed in some pretty bad rooms. The walls and ceiling were peeling, the toilet backed up and the front desk acted like they were doing us a huge favor to fix it.

I went to college in SLO from 99-04, and this was, for a while, a low-end motel. When Ramada Inn took over, I expected a nice remodel. So when I had to travel to SLO for business, I chose this hotel since it does have a nice, central, location. I...

The room was not clean and smelled bad. We canceled our second night and they charged $80.00 and would not refund the first night. We checked out and stay at a really nice place at Alvia Beach.

Average Motel. We chosed this place for price It's a bit of a glorified Motel 6. Breakfast of small size pastries and muffins coffee is weak. Room was OK. We'll be spending a little extra $ for a hotel next time. About 10 min drive to Pismo.
I am not likely
to return to the Ramada San Luis Obispo.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Upon arrival, gave the attendant my name and ID. He asked about La Jolla, CA but I didn't know why. He asked if I was staying 2 nights and I said no. He looked under the wrong reservation. He then asked, "Didn't it dawn on you that I was looking at...
