Excellent

Personal were pleasant and helpful. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.

A little more noisy on the week-end when more families were there but still overall a very good choice. Would stay there again if in the area.

Okay

67 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was fine. My family joined me and the children were able to use the pool as we were visiting a hospitalized family member.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Ramada Rochester Mayo Clinic Area.
I might recommend it to friends.

Good

36 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel has easy access to the highway. There is an excellent restaurant on site. There is a pool with water slide that the kids would love.

We had a large block of rooms for all the employees. We took advantage of that and we enjoyed the spaciousness the total number of rooms afforded as we socialized.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Rochester Mayo Clinic Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We booked our room because travel website showed it as a "Deluxe" room with a king size bed. We found out there was no difference between deluxe and standard rooms. The shower worked poorly and the bed was pushed way over against the wall leaving...

We really enjoyed the pool and the water park area of the hotel. Our family getaway package included a free room, service-delivered pizza and movie rental.

The kids were able to play in the pool and the water park area and they had lots of fun.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Rochester Mayo Clinic Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
