Staff was very pleasant, but even on a no-smoking floor it still smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were not much better. AC unit was loud. Cable out on most stations. Not a good area.

The hotel was comfortable, however not quite as clean as I would have liked it. There was not always coffee in the lobby when there should have been. There were concerns about safety due to the casino at the hotel and the second night we stayed there was police action and we could not eat at the dinner for some reason.

The hotel itself was what we expected cleanliness and service wise. However, the parking lot did not feel very secure. Also, the hotel's casino looked rundown and not too safe, either.
