Excellent
Service is above all the best I have had! I had just 30 min before my flight and discovered that I had forgotten my new phone. They located it and had it to the airport to me in time for me to catch my flight! There rooms were very nice and clean....

They were very efficient, they allowed me to leave my car and I enjoyed the restaurant and the bar. They provided a small breakfast for me to enjoy before being delivered to the airport. My next trip, I will use their facilities again.
The staff seemed to be aware of the people on the premises and their activities.

I stayed there for a conference and the conference room was nice and roomy. The comfortable chairs and the refreshments were very good. They were in the middle of remodeling but you really could not tell. It was well organized.

Excellent
I liked this hotel, although I'm not one to use the services much. The room was lovely, clean, and had nice amenities. Very quiet despite being full for the weekend. Could have used more parking spaces, but we just had to walk a bit if we got in...

The hotel was being upgraded, but they had not gotten very far, so we had an older unit. The carpet was so dirty and warn, I did not even want to walk on it. The toilet was a low toilet and the water would continue to run after each flush. It could be stopped by shaking the handle. The restaurant was good in service, food quality, but a little on the slow side.

Everyone there was wonderful. We were new to the city and they helped us find our way around without confusion. We will be making a reservation for our nephews wedding and a high school graduation next year. It was a very nice trip overall due in some part to the Ramada Inn employees.
They showed us politeness and helped us out in a situation with our credit card. Everything went smoothly due in part to the employees caring about us
