I was overcharged twice for parking. They took off one of the charges but didn't have time to bother with the other charge (I was charged at both the valet window and at checkout for one night of parking). The room was less clean than expected.

You have a really remarkable staff at the Marco Polo hotel. The poolside bartenders, the entertainment, and the gentlemen at the concierge desk were all so wonderful and accommodating! It was really the staff that made my stay excellent!
What perks and comforts there were at the hotel, i.e. the free breakfast, the pool, the poolside grill, the pizza shop, the poolside bar, the piano bar, etc., were just right to make me feel relaxed on my vacation. I felt like had everything needed.
