Nothing but good things to say about this place...the ONLY downfall, and this is not the hotel's fault is that if you are not a late night partyer, you are going to have lots of noise....Lucky Dogs right across the street for that 3 a.m. snack!

$28 to Park Per night at the hotel and they charge an outrageous Security Deposit. $150 Security Deposit came out of my account instantly yet they say takes a week for it to be refunded.... Ridiculous! Dont even bother getting them to call/email you ...
Steps away from EVERYTHING. Perfect location. Easy to get too off of exit 235 just double back over N Rampart onto Toulouse and BAM...slide into the Valet, and leave your car there for the entire trip. Because you can walk to everything you want to...

The only thing about the hotel is that they charge for parking. The price they charge should include parking. We parked at a casino parking garage and it was as efficient and free.

I reservation request a non smoking room but smoking request are not guaranteed. The room reeked of smoke. The bed linens smelled, the drapes were yellow from the smoke. Could not air the room out because the balcony (which we paid extra for)...
