Nothing but good things to say about this place...the ONLY downfall, and this is not the hotel's fault is that if you are not a late night partyer, you are going to have lots of noise....Lucky Dogs right across the street for that 3 a.m. snack!

$28 to Park Per night at the hotel and they charge an outrageous Security Deposit. $150 Security Deposit came out of my account instantly yet they say takes a week for it to be refunded.... Ridiculous! Dont even bother getting them to call/email you ...
pros: location! the balconies! We have stayed at this hotel numerous times during JazzFest. We enjoy getting rooms on the large balcony and watching Bourbon Street from above. The rooms on Bourbon Street are very noisy - don't let anyone convince...
Steps away from EVERYTHING. Perfect location. Easy to get too off of exit 235 just double back over N Rampart onto Toulouse and BAM...slide into the Valet, and leave your car there for the entire trip. Because you can walk to everything you want to...

The only thing about the hotel is that they charge for parking. The price they charge should include parking. We parked at a casino parking garage and it was as efficient and free.
