I loved the Ramada in Weho. It's beautiful, very bright in lots of colors, and in a really clean and funky neighborhood. There's a great burger place next door (O Burger) and lots to see and do. The pool is small, but pretty, the staff were very fri
My wife and I stayed at the Ramada Plaza in West Hollywood over Thanksgiving and we had the best 5 days stay. Our room was brand new and the hotel staff were so friendly and they helped us with directions and information. The shops out front are org

We stayed at Ramada during May 08 and found everything to be pleasant and in good order. Everything was spotless which was a major issue I was worried about as we were travelling with young children (youngest 4). The staff were very helpful. The rooms were not large but very comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that there was only really one family eating place within walking distance. Great location and value. Maybe hotel has new management as we did not have an issues.

Horrible
The room photo's on-line are no where near reality. The photo showed a wonderful up-to-date room, the reality...filthy old carpet, the room decor was new in the 1950's and still going strong...badly. Dim light bulbs in all the lamps...even with ...

I booked a room at the Ramada for my elderly mother, with a specific request for the third floor. They had no record of the reservation and were very unapologetic about it. Neither staff member was well-versed in customer service and rather defensive. At one point, the young lady taking care of our order walked away. I agree with other comments that the lighting was poor. The lamp that was supposed to be activated by the light switch had been removed. They also charged twenty-something dollars a day for guests to park their car there at the hotel! The only thing going for this establishment is its location.

Horrible
I have stayed at this hotel twice in past years and have found it to be fine. This yr. upon check-in the smell of the room, the large stains on the carpet and the filty, old bedspread and drapes made me cringe. I stayed two out of 4 nights but when...
