This is the best place to stay for a Packers game! Had a blast both nights in Big D's and the staff made us feel at home even in our rival team colors. I recommend to anyone looking to have a great experience.
My daughter had her wedding at the Ramada Plaza and it was a dream come true. We loved working with the staff and they helped up with all the details and even made some great suggestions. The food was excellent and everyone commented on how good the location was. We are so glad we decided to go with the Ramada. The rooms are nice as well.

I couldn't believe this was the same hotel I stayed in last year for our annual meeting. The hotel is completely renovated and the staff is wonderful. Great work Ramada Green Bay, your commitment to excellence is noted.
The Staff was friendly and very helpful, however, the check in time was more than a half hour. The long lines and mobs of people in the lobby were terrible. There were also so many families with small kids staying here during our stay, that we did ...
35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I happened upon this hotel while driving long distance, and had to stop due to bad weather. The front desk appeared friendly & well kept... It was once I walked into my room, with cement painted walls, and lightly stained window sheers that I felt I made the wrong choice. The bad weather, heavy rain, continued all night. The rain woke me up around 3am, raining in the room - that is! I tried to soften the loud dripping in the window sill, only for it to be soaked momentarily. I took pictures of the horribly scene, and showed the morning desk clerk. He was only "able to credit $20" of the room fee and I was to speak with the desk manager on her next day on schedule. When I spoke to her and she tried to delay the response by saying she would examine the room with an engineer. She called me back a few hours later saying it was hard to determine tha damage at the time of the incident... I gladly offered to send the photos I took that morning. The point being - EVERY SINGLE person I was spoke with or they in turn spoke with passed the responsibility to someone else - with a very disappointing outcome. their final response being they could not refund any additional money, due to the fact they had repair bills to handle! An overall nightmare! Stay away!
I loved everything about this place. The staff was excellent. Check in and check out were very quick. Van drivers were very friendly and knowledgable. Would definitly return. The on site restaurant was very good as...

Good
The staff was very friendly, each person (we had 4) had 2 fluffy pillows, GREAT hot breakfast included. However, the "waterpark" was really overrated - the air-temp was cool, the zero-depth pool went to 6in, the pool where the 2 waterslides dumped...
