The view is spectacular, but the rooms are very small and need to be updated. The carpet was soiled and the bathroom needs a lot of work. You are paying for the view. We had the best of all the views, I cannot believe what people think that have a city view.
I am not likely
to return to the Ramada Plaza Fallsview - Niagara Falls.
I might recommend it to friends.

The Ramada Plaza is by no doubt the worse hotel in Canada. My husband and I got married there and it was nothing but a nightmare from the moment we checked in. First of all they screwed up the room and tried to blame the travel website for it. The safes did not work, the switch on the lamp was broken, and the rooms were very misleading in size from the website. Bathrooms are so small, it made it difficult for two people to turn around in. The best part was we were upgraded to the "penthouse". Nice, one would think....not necessarily so at the Ramada. All the penthouse consisted of was a room almost identical in size and features; just 10 feet higher. It doesn't end here though. As for the maid service, one day we returned to the room at 5pm to a made up bed only! No towels, trash full, etc. We had to ask for glasses several times before we got a response. And now for the highlight of our wedding: They dropped the wedding cake and offered to replace it with cheesecake!!!

This was one of the worst traveling experiences that we've had. We paid $* per day to have a partial view room that was advertised as full fallsview. Upon entering our room to look out at our view of the falls we had to look through the legs of...

Good
Unusual hotel design with a 1st and 25-30th floors. Ask for something on the 27 or 28 floor as the rooms seem to be bigger. The rooms are small if all you want to do is stay in, but a great location for the tourist area. Toronto is only 90 min away. ...
