Continental breakfast that was supposed to run from 6 am to 9 am was down to cereal crumbs and warm milk by 7:30 am. Rooms were not cleaned until 4 or 4:30 in the afternoon. The common area carpets were only vacumed once during our week long stay

Horrible
This place is terrible. The rooms were small and very outdated. The cable T.V. was so fuzzy we could only watch 3 channels. There was a 3/4 in. gap under the door that we needed to plug up with a towel to keep the cold out. The heater barely worked. ...

Mediocre
Where do I start? The desk staff is curt and to the point...and it comes off as rude. No smiles, no friendliness...just business. I felt like I was being punished for somehow deciding to go with Travel agent. I was banished to the half of the hotel...

This was my worst hotel experience. To begin with, I was staying at the hotel for a wedding so I wanted to get the group rate that the bride set up. I called in to make a reservation and they said no one could help me! They said the only girl who could make the reservation was gone. I left her a message and she never called back. I called again, finally someone else set up my reservation.
They were extremely slow at the front desk and were unfriendly in helping us. To end it all, they charged us twice! They refused to help or take off the charge and told us to call our bank instead to dispute the charge. It was awdful!
