There was obviously some renovation going on, since the pool area was covered with furniture. Once inside the room, it was cozy. It was right next to the laundry; this room should be the last room rented, not one of the first.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The first room the a/c didnt work, in the middle of the summer, and when i asked for them to look at it, it took 2 hours from them to come to the room. I was then moved to another room that was unfitt to stay in. The wall paper was rolling off the wall, the grout was missing from the bathroom floor, there was broken tile all over the bathroom floor, the carpet was wet and sticky, under the sink there was something that looked like throw up from an animal (maybe it was mold), every pc of furniture was broken in some way, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling, and the beds were missing all their sheets. The only good thing about this room was it had a brand new a/c unit in it. When I complained and asked to be moved to another room the manager tried to accuse me of dirtying this room and told me he wouldnt move me. When I told him I would take pictures and call the health board about it and then I wanted my money back he quickly switched me to another room. This time, I was put in a smoking (I do not smoke) king size bed room. I had my friend and my 1 yr old son with me. This room was clean but the tub didnt drain and the toilet wouldnt flush properly. I will never stay here again and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. There is a wonderful Holiday Inn across the street for $25 more a night and it is definatly worth the price for the safety and cleanliness.

room 108 - water damage, smoke alarm removed and wires dangling, stained ceiling, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, stained chair seats, stained blankets, previous guests coffee in coffeepot, warped dresser, no wifi 2+days, lucky to get clean sheets, pillows & towels and had to go to front desk to get some of them, prepaid & stayed with large group, other people in group - similar rooms and problems, don't be fooled - looks nice from outside, used to have 2 diamond AAA rating when we made reservations but no longer rated !!!

The service was great. The front desk girl checked me into the room at noon when check in time is at 3. The rooms are a little tiny for all the furniture they try to shove into it. But, my AC was cold and the room was clean. Thats all the matters.

I stayed at the hotel for one night with my teenage daughter as we had an important appointment to attend . Having read numerous bad reviews i was very dubious and concerned , but i thought well i've only paid $59.00. I can honestly say our stay was perfect, the staff were wonderful and helpful, the room was average but very clean, the t.v worked , so did the coffee machine and plenty of hot running water to have a good soak, and yes it was old and in need of repair, but if i'd have been paying $169.0 i'd have expected more. The complimentary breakfast was more than excellent, a good helping of coffee , juices, toast cereals etc. People expect far far too much for $59.00, give these staff a chance. If i have another appointment to attend to i shall stay there again.

I enjoyed my night here . I Travel from Greece to VA once or twice a year and from now on I will stay at this Ramada. The staff here was very helpful. The airport shuttle was wonderful and even followed me to tun in my rental car. Only think I...

Pool light hanging out and laying on side of pool, no cover on light in shower. Staff forgot about us while we were waiting to check in. Families LIVING there, transient atmosphere. Wake up call did not come in and they would not take responsibility....

Very bad service, we asked several times for a tv.remote and a extra pillow but never received either. The second day they didn't clean our room, just had a very bad experience. We stayed three nights only because we did'nt have a choice, other motels were booked. we complained with the manager and was promised a one night credit but only got a 11.00 credit off the 300.00 bill.
