Good
traveling for leisure

I have to commend the transformation that this hotel has gone through. We stayed when it was a Best Western about 3 years ago and it was indeed a dump. We got a room there for NASCAR because it is a RAMADA and thought that with renovations it should

Horrible
28 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel during the summer of 2007 and we became a night time snack for bedbugs. We were bitten all over our bodies by these bugs. This hotel is disgusting. Stay anywhere but here, trust me, paying more is worth it!

This was the worst hotel experience ever. The hotel has bedbugs. I will never return to this place.

First of all, this hotel isn't a Best – Posted Oct 18, 2007

Horrible

First of all, this hotel isn't a Best Western anymore. It's just called the Delaware Inn & Conference Center. I guess they allowed pets back when it was a Best Western, but when me, my finance, and our dog it said on the receipt in big letters...

Okay

The Best Westerns need to update their hotels, the rooms need a lot of renovating, however, it was clean. The restaurant is renovated and it is a plus to have it on the premises but the best part was the food was very good. We were pleasantly...

Mediocre
50 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Our family reserved two non-smoking rooms, literally to sleep in from about midnight to 6AM. We never even sampled the breakfast. Our only request was a non-smoking room which I guess, they technically complied with, as none of us smoked and as such, there was no-smoking in the room. The room however, reeked of smoke as did our clothing after our brief stay. Our room even came with clean ash trays. The room was clearly available to anyone, smoker or non-smoker, who wanted it. It was too late and we were too tired to complain. Just dealt with it and moved on the next morning. We would not use them again.

Excellent
71 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Everything was fine. I expected friendly service, a clean room, sufficient towels, a complimentary breakfast and I got what I expected.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Newark / Wilmington Area.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Mediocre

This was a good place because we have a dog but due to that we got bumped to a "pet" room that was supposed to be non-smoking - but yet, had cigarette stains on the nightstand. Very musty and damp. We aired out the room the best we could prior to...
