Horrible
Beautiful exterior- smelled musty- elevator was broken when we arrived but desk help didn't warn us. we got on and it started stalling, then she says "oh yea, its broken", bathrooms...
I checked for hotels between Austin Texas and Delray Beach Florida that were pet friendly. I also did not want to pay a big fee. I double checked their website before reserving on Hotels.com and there was NO charge for pets. When I arrived after a 10 hour drive I was not greeted and stood at the desk for over 10 minutes while a very rude clerk talked on the phone. She then demanded a 50.00 pet fee that was non-refundable. I called Ramada customer service and Hotels.com to no avail. The room they stuck me in was so disgusting and was directly on a freeway access ramp. The room was gross and the sheets were dirty and had no been replaced. I refused this room so they stuck me in another by a bunch of people that were all drunk and hanging outside there room till all hours. I asked for a 1st floor because my dog is 16 and cannot walk and I was exhausted. They had over 10 rooms on the first floor that were not taken but I was forced to walk up two flights of stairs with my aging dog and bag after an hour of trying to get the 50.00 pet fee issue resolved. There is not one place that it advertises that pet fee or any other charge for pets! While the customer service rep at Ramada and Hotels.com agreed, I was stuck with it regardless.
So much for the customer always being right. Everyone was rude and the rooms are old and feel unclean. My tub was stained and needed resurfacing.
It also smelled pretty bad and I think it had flees. I had just had my dog treated and groomed to be a good dog owner so I know it wasn't her.
Avoid Ramada and Hotels.com....they both have a fake customer guarantee.
do not stay at this hotel... the floors are greasy there are mostly only crazy teenagers here and they have crappy service. i would not reccomed this hotel to families, couples or even spring breakers on a low budget. do NOT stay at this hotel EVER

It was a great location, in easy walking distance to the civic center. The staff was very accommodating for a large group which we were a part of. Fun shops and historic sites were within walking distance, too.
I am very likely
to return to the Ramada Mobile Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Horrible
This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and even though there is only an ice machine on every other floor, the one on our floor didn't work. Don't bother calling Ramada Inc...they don't care.

Horrible
I stayed here for a conference and cut my stay short because the room was filthy. Parking was a terrible problem. People use this as a parking lot and hotel personnel were visibly unconcerned when I couldn't find a place after leaving for dinner. ...

What a dump. The A/C was leaking on the carpet, the outlets didn't work, and the staff was slow. The faucets in the bathroom were falling off, and if you were barefoot, your feet turned black from the dirty carpet.
I've stayed in $30 a night places that were better. We were scheduled for a week, but moved out after two days.
