the waterpark was nice for my kids. they had a great time. the price was great compared to other indoor parks we've been to. the beach was nice, except my 2 yr.old kept wanting to go to the playground at the hotel next door.

This hotel advertised many ammenities that it did not have, some that the staff was not even aware of, that it left my family having to pay extra for things that were promised in the room price. Shoddy Hotel and the staff had an attitude to boot. Expensive stay that was not worth it!!!

I have stayed there before. I got a very spacious, clean room on Traverse Bay. The room had a mini refrigerator, a microwave and a wet bar which was very convenient.

to return to the Ramada Mackinaw City.
