The recently renovated room was nicely decorated and was very comfortable. The service at check-in was not pleasant or accommodating until we threatened to change hotels. The manager said that he would have to downgrade us from the two-bed room that we had reserved to a single bedroom because he had a crew of workmen staying at the hotel during renovation. When we threatened to change hotels, he was suddenly able to accommodate us as per our reservation.
