Ramada Limited Tempe Hotel

Brand new mattresses and it is super clean from inside. It appears they have put in fresh new carpet. The exterior is sorta of dirty but otherwise its great compared to hotels around. The price is low and the quality is high. I came here for a business trip and won't mind staying at the same hotel next time i come here.

If I could rate this lodging with a zero, I would. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty; interior and exterior. Vagabond in dumpster and unwilling to leave-call the police. Website mis-advertises the room setting- dirty walls, dirty carpets, mis-matched and old furniture. Bedding autrociously stained and towels "counted everyday" with signage asking the patron if you want to buy a towel please see the front desk! I guess that tells more than you may want to know. The franchise owner must be in the black on his/her accounts because he/she is not re-investing into the property.

They should buy new mattresses. Or at least rotate the mattresses.
