Ramada Limited and Suites St Louis Arnold Hotel

We got what we paid for. We booked it on priceline.com for $55 and it turned out to be not such a great deal. The room was tiny and the walls were thin so you could hear everything going on in the hall and the rooms around you. The entire wall at the head of the bed was a mirror which seemed very tacky and made us aways feel like we were being watched. The tv was on top of a 6ft slanted cabinet and whenever you pushed the "on" button it wobbled around and felt like it was going to fall on our head. Some of the lightbulbs were burned out and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. The bed was also really uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. Also, there was a rubber cover underneith the sheets which made it a hot and sticky sleep and sounded like you were sleeping atop a baloon. The staff that we encountered were friendly and very accomodating; the only redeeming quality in the motel.

This hotel was very loud, they had bad management, and we found dried vomit on our bedspread and blanket the next morning.

We enjoy staying at Ramada worldwide. This one is located where we possibly would use it again.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They greeted us when we entered and checked us in quickly. They recommended good parking as we needed handicap parking.

Ramada accommodated my group of twenty-two as we traveled to New Orleans. Despite our late night arrival, they were warm and hospitable, and got us to our rooms efficiently.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome because they greeted us with a "Welcome", and when we asked for an extra pillow it was in our room in less then 2 minutes. That makes you feel very welcome and special. Each and every time we would leave and come back the staff would welcome us back and when we left would tell us.
