We love St. Augustine and come here whenever we can. We love this hotel because it is close to 2 great outlet malls and lots of restaurants. They have a nice pool with a kid pool which we love since one of our kids does not know how to swim. The rooms are a bit small but clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is great. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good value. It is not the newest but the new hotels are also $40-60 higher in price.

The location was good because it was opposite to a shopping mall. I liked the included breakfast feature. The internet access was an added feature.

It was standard, nothing wonderful and nothing awful. The lounge staff could have been better but the hotel staff was very good. I think the lounge was actually independent from the hotel.
This hotel made me feel important: The staffs made me feel that anything I needed or wanted would be provided promptly and with courtesy.
