Horrible
We had reserved three rooms and when we got there only two were reserved. It took over half an hour to get checked in after that. About 9:00 people were coming from everywhere.
This was the dirtiest place I have every stayed. I normally associate Ramada with a nice place but this was awful. Everything was dirty. I thoroughly sprayed everything with Lysol before touching anything. I won't recommend this place to...
45 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The air conditioning unit in the room did not work at all. I was promised that it would be fixed and it was not. They said they were booked full and they could not help in any way. I was told I would get a full refund. The manager said he would only offer one night complimentary but not the both nights. I have never gotten any refund back from them.
I am not likely
to return to the Ramada Limited South Charlotte.

Simply terrible. This was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would rather have slept in my car, it would have been safer. Room was dirty, shower had mold growing in it. Very "shady" people in and out all night long....

Do not go by the pictures. It is a complete disaster for whatever you are paying. The neighbourhood looked pretty scary. There was nothing good about the room to talk about. Bathroom clogged, bad bedsheets. Will never come back to this hotel.
