The pond/pool area was beautiful and peaceful.There wasn't enough seating in the breakfast area for a holiday weekend. The room was nice, but the paint was peeling on the wall in the bathroom and there were some other maintenance issues.

Very nice staff; clean room and facilities, good parking.Only one towel per person. Not particularly close to anything (beach, campus, downtown), but the reduced price reflects the location. I would stay there again.

I like the patio and pool area.Parking lot needs to be more clean or jet wash. The hotel was nice, friendly staff, services was great, prompt, clean, great room, nice pool and patios.

The bathroom shower needed regrouting or recaulking. The bathroom did not have proper ventillation and it smelled very sour. The mirrors had not been cleaned in a while, they had a layer of dust on them.
