nice stafe, kinda clean. Swimming pool not working, pool breakfast, very noisey (the trucks on I5), elevator not working. The next nite we stayed at Cmfort Inn, Reno, NV. It was very nice for a lot less money.

Desk staff was very helpful.Elevator and halls smelled. If this hotel would invest just a little money in nice bedspreads, shower curtains, etc. it would make a big difference. I didn't want to stay in the room. Not at all inviting.

This is a nice, clean hotel with nice staff. I feel safe with only one entrance and appreciate the elevators and bell cart for getting to rooms. I stay here every few months on business trips.
