Our family reserved three rooms for an extended weekend. Two of the rooms had broken TV’s. One had a broken box spring and a non-functioning phone. We were told that they were sorry, but there were no other rooms available and no one would be able to fix anything until the following week. One of our room keys became de-magnetized during our stay. When we asked for a replacement we were literally yelled at for bothering the desk clerk!
