I stayed at this hotel last month and fortunately a pleasant stay. Housekeepers had done a nice job with keeping the rooms clean. It is relatively quiet. Breakfast and dinner is complimentary. Near many stores and other conveniences. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.With out much of a hype this one was a normal hotel and good for the price.

First of all, this place is impossible to get to unless you know where you're going already. I paid for a king size bedroom and got a queen size slab of concrete. The air conditioner didn't work, the bathroom fan didn't work, half the appliances in the room didn't work, the tv got only half the channels they claim, the toilet paper was a used roll - almost gone, and the "continental breakfast" consisted of bread, a couple muffins, and a not even quarter full gallon of milk for the whole hotel to share. This place was absolutely awful. There's a Best Western Park Suites right next door - try them!!

Very nice room. I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The location was also near lots of restaurants and entertainment places --- malls, movie theater, golf, easy access to 75. It is a good place for its value.

The owners have poor customer service skills and lurk around the hotel lobby. They don't like giving more toiletries than what is in the rooms. They will price gouge you in every way. Linens are not cleaned with bleach and pest control is apparently inactive. Thier central A/C is barely used.
