Horrible
The hotel staff was unprofessional, the hotel was dark and dirty. It reminded me of a hotel from a "B" rated horror movie. I thought someone or something was going to jump out of the shadows and harm me.
I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. I dont see how this hotel got bad reviews before. Maybe someone else bought it and fixed it up. The staff are very friendly, rooms are clean, and everything is really nice. Good internet connection, lots of...

This hotel needs a major overhaul. Pillows were so bad you needed two to sleep on. Nothing has been updated since the 80's and is worn out. Only microwave and refrig. were new. I didn't want to wlak on the carpet with bare...

50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The TV did not get all the expected channels and the staff did not rectify. The bed cover and the ceiling had dark stains. The beds were fairly uncomfortable. The lights and the outlets were not convenient. The staff was helpful when extra pillows were requested. The bathtub and the shower were the best and newest feature with a nice new curtain that bowed out and a wonderful shower massage gadget. The breakfast was ok if you got there early. It is easy to get to the location and there is plenty of close in parking. The hallway and the room were noisy as there was not much insulation to keep the hall noise down and you could hear most everything that went on in adjoining rooms. Fortunately the kids and the couples all fell asleep pretty early.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Ramada Limited Joliet South.
I might recommend it to friends.

Upon arrival, the desk clerk had difficulty checking us in due to the prepaid status of the resevervation. We did finally get checked in, but it did not instill a feeling of confidence. The atmosphere, in general left us with a feeling of insecurity....
