The hotel enforced and charged us for policies they never told us about. When we tried to resolve the issue with the hotel manager and explain we were never told of the policies, he said "You should have asked." We were left with no choice but to dispute the charges through our credit card company. The hotel manager does not care about the guests and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible
I was not even a customer of the hotel. I work nearvy and was on my way to lunch when I missed my turn and turned into the Ramada parking lot to turn around. A gentlemen came out of the office to ask me what I was doing and I told I missed my turn...
I use this hotel every time I go to Indy. almost twice a Month. Its all I need, They even have a Business Center that I can use for sales presentations.

I loved this location. It was perfect from the time I walked in the door and they greeted me, to the time I left. They had wonderful service. I definitely will stay here next time I visit.
They had cookies at the entrance. They described how to get to the closest restaurants and gave great directions on how to get to the room.
I am very likely
to return to the Ramada Limited Indianapolis West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is the first hotel where I have been able to get a good night's sleep. It's in a nice location with the hotel directly connected to a shopping center. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
