Ramada Limited Gainesville Hotel - Page 1

I am in town for four nights and I have never stayed in a Ramada hotel prior to last night. The location has easy access and the hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean and well laid out. The refrigerator was inoperative, but they replaced it after a phone call to desk. I was not pleased with the social status of some guests, there was a fight and I even called 911. When I pulled down my bed, the bed had sheets and a bed spread and no blanket. The room is a smoking room as I am a smoker and there is only one ashtray in the entire room. There are no hand soap, shampoo and shower towels. The management staff brought me shampoo and a towel but still no hand soap. I will be staying there for the next three nights, only because I have already paid for them. I had a very negative experience.
