This hotel was easy to find in a good, centralized location. It was very comfortable and the room was larger that I had expected. I feel it was, overall, a great value for the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even with my room situation. The hotel was quiet and located in a nice area. I didn't like that I had to stay in a smoking room the first night, then check out for the second night, then check back in the third night. They had overbooked the hotel. While I didn't mind moving so much, it was inconvenient to say the least. It's a good thing I packed light. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor and rocked when you sat on it.
The staff remembered my name, they were courteous, nice, respectful, and helpful.
