Ramada Limited Crawfordsville Hotel - Page 1

My family and I purchased a room for one night and I wasn't happy with the stay at all. First of all the hot tub wasn't working at all, infact there was no water in it at all. The pool was over powered with chlorine and the kids came out with red eyes( after being in there for only 25 mins). When I first made the reservations, the clerk that took my reservation told me that they only hold my card to hold the room and that it wasn't going to be charged until the end of our stay(depending on if we would like to pay in cash or by charge) . When I got home, I find out they charged me twice for the room and they also accused us of stealing one of their old ratty brown blankets, so they tried to charge me $10.00 for the blanket. I had the charges reversed and had to fight with the owner. The desk clerks are so unaware of their duties and they need a refresher course on hospitality. We will never stay there again.
