45 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The air conditioning unit in the room did not work at all. I was promised that it would be fixed and it was not. They said they were booked full and they could not help in any way. I was told I would get a full refund. The manager said he would only offer one night complimentary but not the both nights. I have never gotten any refund back from them.

I am not likely to return to the Ramada Limited Charlotte.
I would not recommend it to friends.

58 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Ramada Limited Charlotte has an excellent staff, but the price is high since it's a race weekend.

I am very likely to return to the Ramada Limited Charlotte.
I might recommend it to friends.
