I will begin by saying that I did not actually stay at the hotel. I had made a reservation to stay at the Ramada Inn in Augusta, GA; however, had to cancel due to an emergency beyond my control. I called the manager to ask for a credit or refund. He stated that he would not give me a refund because I did not cancel 24 hours before my reservation. I understand that most facilities have a cancelation policy; however, most hotels will give you a credit to stay a different night. The general manager refused to do either, and the hotel was not even close to fully booked that night!!! I would not recommend that you book with this facility unless you are 100% sure that you are staying there. In fact, do to the rude nature and poor customer service of the general manager I would not recommend you book at the Ramada Inn in Augusta, Georgia at ALL!!!!!!

Easy access from the freeway and the rooms were clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. The parking lot could be a bit bigger but that was a minor issue.
Comfortable bed. Clean towels. Good TV.
