female with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
We stayed here for one night while traveling. A few months later were received a letter from an Albuquerque police detective informing us that our credit card information had been recovered, along with approximately 300 other people's information, pursuant to a search warrant in a fraud investigation case. Apparently an employee of the hotel had been stealing patrons' credit card information for illicit purposes. I emailed the hotel about this incident and asked them what they were doing to better protect it's customers' personal information and never received a response.

22 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The staff went well out of there way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We didn't feel like out of towners once. I suggest you call in advance and be specific and polite.
The staff was around my age group so it felt like being around people I can relate too. Plus they had info about the city that a person my age would enjoy.
I am very likely
to return to the Ramada Limited Albuquerque.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
