32 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
Checked in to property by a KID! He was wearing t-shirt, shorts and NO SHOES! He did not know what he was doing and refused to give us 2 keys for both of our rooms! Poll was dirty, pool chair in pool, trash in pool and life preserver in pool. Hot tub tiles came off and was in the hot tub as well as trash... Called Ramada customer service to place complaint and was told if a complaint was placed the property would receive the complaint via fax in a couple of hours and he/she may get mad and kick us OUT!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY....

There was trash in the trashcans and the shower was dirty when we arrived. The clerk at the front desk was never at the front desk. We wanted a room with two double beds, but we were given one with a king because they claimed they did not have any more double beds, even though we had reservations.
