49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The service that has been provided by Ramada is unacceptable. I stayed at this location for a business trip and not only have I had to experience the front desk giving other guests a key to my room but I also had to deal with the other guest walking in on me. The Ramada also deactivated my key on more than one occasion which left me locked out of my room.
Managements solution to fix the problem is to compensate my company for the first nights stay and issue an extra key. They also tried to blame the other guests for entering my room. The hotel programs the keys not the guest!
This is suppose to be someone's home away from home. Would you feel safe at home if you knew at any point in time there could be a possibility of stranger unlocking the door and walking into your home or coming home to find out your key does not work? I guess not! In your safety and the safety for others I strongly recommend that you inform everyone you know not to stay at the Ramada located on Kaliste Saloom.

The rooms were quite large and very clean. The in-room coffee was nice. It could have been updated on the carpet and furnishings. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a motel. It was a good place to stay.

I expected more from a Ramada! I checked in after making an online reservation. The clerk actually scoffed at me for making a reservation online and told me that I could have got it cheaper if I had called. After she saw I had made online...
