Non-smoking room very very clean and clean smelling, house keeping very sweet, comes daily if you want. My phone didn't work though and i ended up getting flowers but didn't know about them because of my phone, until i went down to get a new key car

I stayed here for Valentines weekend and it was a really nice stay. The staff was very helpful with any needs that I had during my stay. The room was clean and very nice. I was impressed considering some of the other hotels I had seen in the area....

It was very convienent to stay at this hotel. They had everything a person would need gym, computer in lobby to check my email, a nice breakfast bar with hot waffles, an outdoor grill area, which we used on a couple evenings, and a very nice pool...

Hotel rates in and around Jacksonville don't vary too much - all within a few dollars of each other. The Ramada Inn Jacksonville was about average in all respects, though the morning breakfast was very well done in its tight surroundings.

Horrible
Stayed here one night because we had to add one more night to our stay at the last minute. We spent almost as much for 1 night as for 2 at the Liberty Inn (now that's a good motel). Room had a slight odor, comforters felt greasy, ROACHES all over...
